以前上政治课有个词语叫‘主观能动性’,今天看到一个词语叫Subjective Initiative,朗文查之,估计就是这个意思。Initiative的英文释义是‘the ability to make decisions and take action without waiting for someone to tell you what to do(independently)’,我觉得这是很重要的,也是我比较缺少的。比如说这个blog,由于是自建的,有很多技术问题自己从来没有遇到过,我就比较倾向于直接相别人发问,很少直接想到自己去解决;还有许多其他的事情,有点寡断,立场不够坚定。

看来我又找到自己一个需要完善的地方。
